Growth Happens Here.

I am a doctorate-level clinician with a degree in Clinical Psychology from the California Institute for Integral Studies. During my education, I had the formative experience of studying in Sri Lanka, where I explored mental health approaches within a Buddhist cultural context. This journey deeply shaped my approach to therapy, inspiring the integration of mindfulness practices into my work today.

I am also trained in nature-informed therapy, using nature as a co-therapist to help clients reconnect with themselves. I support individuals in accessing "soft activation" through natural settings and developing practical tools to regulate their nervous systems by engaging with the natural environments around them.

For the past eight years, I have worked as a therapist in the community. In addition to my clinical practice, I designed a consultation program for Girls Inc. of Alameda County, promoting a transformative, relational approach to understanding children's challenging behaviors. This work continues to fuel my passion for helping individuals and organizations foster resilience, deepen emotional insight, and cultivate sustainable leadership. Our efforts have shown significant results, encouraging greater self-understanding, professional growth, and a meaningful reduction in burnout.

In the therapy space, I work from a life-affirming perspective, honoring you as the expert of your own experience and inner wisdom. Together, we will build practical tools for regulation, reframe thinking in ways that align with your values and goals, and experience healthy, supportive relational dynamics that can extend into your day-to-day life. Collaboration, empathy, and responsiveness to your unique needs are at the heart of my approach, whether in therapy, consultation, or education.
